Hundreds of people were there, when on 26th September 2010, on the slopes of Grignone, the “Riva-Girani” bivouac was inaugurated in the Comolli locality at the behest of Sergio Longoni.
The bivouac located at 1900 meters will offer support to the many hikers on their way to the top of Grignone or to the Brioschi refuge.
A pleasant space equipped with stove, wood, a large table of excellent workmanship and first food, also, a loft to bivouac in five people.
The bivouac is named after Ermanno Riva and Piero Girani, two great friends who have shared with Longoni particularly happy moments of their lives.
This is the “Riva-Girani” bivouac, which stands next to the hut dedicated to the two daughters Francesca and Daniela and that since its inauguration offers not only refreshment to all fans of these wonderful mountains, but also a sweet rest and a breathtaking view alongside the Grignone.
